Sangvi Vikas Manch and the deAsra Foundation conducted an interactive session to boost the number of entrepreneurs and make an effective difference to their journey. Approximately 300 aspiring entrepreneurs, along with a number of established businessmen, wanting to diversify and expand their current businesses, attended the event organized at Dhore Mangal Karyalaya, Old Sanghvi.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Mahesh H. Bhagwat said, “If one decides to be an entrepreneur, he needs to have a well conceptualized proposition and with a strong foundation. Most businesses fail to pick up as they are not well thought through. We want more entrepreneurs in Sangvi and other areas. In this process we conducted a joint session with deAsra Foundation, who guide from idea to execution.”
At present, our complex entrepreneur support system hinders an entrepreneur’s quick advancement. Entrepreneurs need support, training and guidance on a continuous basis. “We help them from selection of an idea to implementation of business. Our Udyog Mitra, (a concept introduced by us) a well-trained and paid employee of the Foundation supports these businesses as their friend, philosopher and guide.” said Mr. Pathak, Senior Expert of the Foundation.
Vikas Londhe, a participant who attended the session said, “The concept of step-by-step guidance and explanation in layman terms to select an idea, create a project report, funding, registration, and set up and execution review are all necessary factors for an entrepreneur. I feel the support of organizations like these will help me explore my entrepreneurial dream and work towards it.”
