Job Requirements: Program Executive will work closely with Program Co-ordinator (Also based in Nashik) and will carry following key responsibilities:

a)Mobilisation: Connect with entrepreneurs through field visits and outreach activities to bring them onboard with deAsra. Help them complete registration process with us.

b)Continuous Engagement: Maintain regular interaction with registered entrepreneurs to improve relationships.

c)Service Facilitation: Help entrepreneurs with Business diagnostics / Business planning / Digital marketing support / Financial readiness / Loan facilitation /Government schemes /Compliance guidance and deAsra resources and expert network etc.

d)Field Operations: Travel extensively within Nashik district for entrepreneur visits and programme activities such as awareness campaigns and outreach events etc.

e)Co-ordination for (1) managing training workshops and (2) managing expert consultations

f)Data Management, Documentation and Regular Progress Reporting:

deAsra Foundation is seeking passionate and experienced Program Managers to support entrepreneurship and livelihood initiatives, with a focus on Nano businesses across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support entrepreneurship and livelihood programs, especially for Nano businesses
• Build partnerships with Pan India Partnership agencies and like-minded organizations
• Identify needs of various nano businesses and facilitate their onboarding onto the deAsra platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives
• Support growth and sustainability of Nano business communities

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel and maintain program records and reports
• 7- 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in social/development sector
• Master’s degree (preferred) in social development or any field or related field
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools
