Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Content Producer with around 3 – 5 years of experience in social media content creation and platform management. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English, with a strong understanding of digital storytelling and platform-specific content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, write, and edit content in Marathi, Hindi and English, especially for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X
• Understand and leverage platform algorithms and trends to optimize content reach and engagement
• Analyse social media performance using relevant tools and provide actionable insights
• Contribute ideas and research for podcast topics and digital storytelling formats
• Work as a producer for podcasts, handling end-to-end event management.
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with internal teams across content, design, and tech
• Demonstrate a proactive approach, take initiative, and show willingness to learn continuously

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in digital content or podcast production is a strong plus
• Ability to pitch and develop story ideas aligned with audience interests
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with tools for scheduling, analytics, and basic editing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support entrepreneurship and livelihood programs, especially for Nano businesses
• Build partnerships with Pan India Partnership agencies and like-minded organizations
• Identify needs of various nano businesses and facilitate their onboarding onto the deAsra platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives
• Support growth and sustainability of Nano business communities

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel and maintain program records and reports
• 7- 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in social/development sector
• Master’s degree (preferred) in social development or any field or related field
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools
