Position:  Entrepreneur Facilitator (Udyog Mitra)  

Location: Pune, India,  some travel on need basis

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: Two

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time

JOB FUNCTION:   Entrepreneur Facilitation

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support small business entrepreneurs to start, manage or grow their businesses with deAsra’s platform offerings .

This includes:

  1. Understanding entrepreneurs’ requirements in the context of their business
  2. Communicating and collecting basic information and documents required for providing required solution/s as per the entrepreneurs’ needs.
  3. Using deAsra’s online platform offerings to deliver solution where possible.
  4. Co-ordinating with internal team members & partners to deliver the solution.
  5. Recording & tracking facilitation data in systems
  6. Sometimes present at Entrepreneurship related events such as seminars,webinars, etc

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Good Communication in English & Hindi required, Marathi nice to have
  2. Proficient in using applications and software on desktop/laptops/smart phones.
  3. Should be comfortable using online tools and social media platforms.
  4. Good knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel, Word, ppt.
  5. Ability to connect with people, good interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance/ BBA and/or
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer facing experience from service industry e.g. NBFCs, tax consultants, Accountancy firms etc.
  • Knowing compliances related to small business, understanding Project reports, knowledge of accounts or finance  will be added advantage

SALARY

Commensurate with qualifications and experience; as per the prevailing market rate

An enthusiastic telesales representative to contribute in generating leads for our company. Responsible for closing leads into customers over the phone & maintain good customer relationships. Excellent communicator & superior in people skills. Must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints & doubts. The Goal is help the company to grow by bringing in candidates & developing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contacting potential or existing candidates to inform them about services of the company
  • Answering questions about services of the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements & convert customers into candidates
  • Enter & process customer information in the database
  • Send bulk mails, sms , links , videos
  • Pre calling activity if any
  • Scheduling customers appointment

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Prior 2-4 yrs experience in telemarketing in telecoms., banks
  • Understanding of reporting procedures
  • Sales orientation
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Proficient in English, Marathi and Hindi
  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM system
