Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct community outreach and engage entrepreneurs (virtual & on-ground)
  • Coordinate and facilitate program activities in assigned geographies
  • Collect, maintain, and report project data
  • Liaise with implementation partners and outreach teams
  • Support smooth execution of entrepreneurship programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline; entrepreneurship or social sector preferred)
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in English & Marathi
  • Good stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools
  • Comfortable using social media platforms
  • High ownership and accountability

Location: Remote based in Maharashtra, preferably in Pune

deAsra Foundation is seeking passionate and experienced Program Managers to support entrepreneurship and livelihood initiatives, with a focus on Nano businesses across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support entrepreneurship and livelihood programs, especially for Nano businesses
  • Build partnerships with Pan India Partnership agencies and like-minded organizations
  • Identify needs of various nano businesses and facilitate their onboarding onto the deAsra platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives
  • Support growth and sustainability of Nano business communities

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel and maintain program records and reports
  • 7- 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in social/development sector
  • Master’s degree (preferred) in social development or any field or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools

Location: Nashik / Trimbakeshwar

Contract Duration: 12 Months (extendable based on project requirements)

Role Purpose:
The Project Coordinator will provide on-ground support for planning, stakeholder engagement, execution monitoring, documentation, and coordination activities related to the Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela project. The role requires extensive interaction with local stakeholders, government departments, religious institutions, vendors, community organizations, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate meetings with government departments, local authorities, temple trusts, NGOs, and community organizations. Maintain stakeholder contact databases and communication records. Follow up on action items and commitments.

  • Gather information related to Kumbh Mela planning, infrastructure,
    entrepreneurship opportunities, and stakeholder initiatives.

Field Operations

  • Conduct field visits across Nashik and Trimbakeshwar.
  • Support surveys, assessments, and data collection activities.
  • Monitor project implementation and provide regular updates.

1. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support procurement and logistics activities.
  • Track deliverables and timelines.

2. Event & Meeting Support

  • Organize workshops, consultations, stakeholder meetings, and field visits.
  • Support participant mobilization and logistics.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, events, development sector, consulting, or government projects.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with government departments.
  • Experience in large events, public programs, tourism, pilgrimage, or development projects.
  • Local person familiar with Nashik district and local stakeholder ecosystem.

Experience in working with NGOs/Not-for-profits in the field of entrepreneurship/livelihood will be added advantage.
