Please refer below to the specifications of the role:

A. Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for understanding the entrepreneur’s needs and providing platform resources
and services to address those needs.
2. Handling calls as per the defined quality factors, and keep call records updated with
accurate data in accordance with the processes.
3. Ensuring the streamlined delivery of services through the platform’s service partners.
4. Contributing ideas and suggestions to new channels and suggest methods to improve
entrepreneur support, engagement & business success.
5. Providing on field support for various Company workshops, sessions and seminars.

B. Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Educational Qualification: Graduation, preferably in entrepreneurship or other social
sectors.
2. Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably in entrepreneurship
development sector.
3. Key Skills:

Customer Service Orientation: Ability to listen with active problem-solving skills,
quick query response and resolution.
Excellent Communication skills: Fluent English and Marathi communication. Good
oral and written communication skills.
Stakeholder Management and Coordination: Good interpersonal skills with ability to
communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Good ability to work with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
G-Suite and CRM applications.

C. Work Location: Remote, with requirement to provide on field support for various
company workshops, seminars and the like on need basis.

A. Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for community outreach efforts by reaching out and connecting with entrepreneurs through virtual and non-virtual means.
2. On-ground facilitation and coordination with local entrepreneurs in the identified geographies.
3. Collecting, maintaining, reporting and presenting data pertaining to the Project.
4. Coordination with implementation partners and outreach teams for successful implementation of the Project.
5. Such other responsibilities as the company management may prescribe from time to time.

B. Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in any field, preferably in entrepreneurship development or other social sectors.
2. Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in related field, preferably in entrepreneurship development sector.
3. Key Skills:

    • Customer service orientation: Ability to listen with active problem-solving skills, quick query response and resolution.
    • Excellent communication skills: Fluent English and Marathi oral and written communication skills.
    • Stakeholder management and coordination: Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
    • Technical skills: Ability to work with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite and CRM applications.
    • Ability to use social media channels.
    • Accountability: Ability to understand business requirements and provide end to end support for achieving assigned objectives with ownership.

C. Work Location: Remote, preferably based in Pune, Maharashtra.
