Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Content Producer with 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation and platform management. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Marathi and English, with a strong understanding of digital storytelling and platform-specific content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, write, and edit content in Marathi and English, especially for YouTube, Facebook,Instagram, and Twitter/X
• Understand and apply platform algorithms and trends to optimize content reach and
  engagement
• Analyse social media performance using data tools and provide actionable insights
• Contribute ideas and research for podcast topics and digital story themes
• Work as a producer for podcasts, handling end-to-end coordination
• Collaborate with team members across content, design, and tech
• Maintain a proactive mind-set, show initiative, and be open to continuous learning

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in podcast production is a strong plus
• Ability to pitch and develop story ideas aligned with audience interests
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with tools for scheduling, analytics, and basic editing

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Research Associate to join our team. The role involves conducting primary and secondary research, generating policy-relevant insights, and contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring both strong analytical capabilities and a passion for entrepreneurship development in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with entrepreneurs, prepare transcripts, and carry out qualitative analysis
• Perform quantitative analysis using secondary data sources
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on entrepreneurship and MSME-related topics
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating research and development programs
• Draft research reports, working papers, and policy briefs
• Manage project timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline and minimum of 2 years of experience working on large-scale or policy-oriented research projects OR
• PhD candidates in advanced stages of research with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory); working knowledge of R or Python is preferred

Essential Skills:

• Solid understanding of key elements of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, such as access to finance, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics
• Strong analytical thinking, writing, and reporting skills
• Prior experience in conducting interviews and qualitative research
• Effective project management and time prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is desirable
