Event Details

Food Safety Training & Certification is a large-scale training programme for the food business operators. All food businesses having Central Licenses or State Licenses should have at least one trained and certified food safety supervisor for every 25 food-handlers or part thereof on all their premises.

The objective of this program is to train the personnel that can be designated as Food Safety Supervisors in the Food Manufacturing units, about food safety and hygiene requirements which are to be followed in their businesses.

She is Post Graduate in Nutrition & Food Technology with over 18 years of rich cross functional experience in areas of Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Nutrition, Training, R&D (Sensory Evaluation), Audit Management in the Food industry in India. She is a National Level Resource Person NLRP empaneled with FSSAI (FOSTAC) for Mid-day meals and Self-help Groups. Master trainer for Manufacturing and Catering. She has delivered Over 150 training sessions, trained over 5000 Mid-day meal service providers, 500 Street food vendors and over 800 Manufacturing and catering supervisors. She is honoured as FOSTAC Ambassador by FSSAI for contribution
