She co-founded SALT with the mission to enable women to take charge of their finances and help bridge the gender gap in finance.

Nidhi Sachdeva

Has over 18 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. For the last 16 years, she was with Kotak Mahindra Bank and was a part of the founding team that was instrumental in setting the retail bank up.

Nidhi joined SALT with the mission of bridging the gap between finance and women and currently heads Sales and Distribution at SALT.
