Ambar Karve

Ambar Karve from Pune holds a master’s degree in management, and was keen to start his own business from the very beginning. He entered the food business to promote Maharashtrian cuisine and organized the first Misal Mahotsav near Sinhagad fort. He soon entered the packaged food business with the name ‘Fakkad’ and within a span of mere two years exported his food to five continents.
