The Organisers are not responsible for any accuracy, completeness, legal, tax, or financial matters related to the information provided, nor do they engage in resolving any legal disputes or non-compliance issues involving applicants and expressly disclaim any responsibility in this regard.

The Awards and associated recognition are purely honorary in nature intended to appreciate entrepreneurs’ contributions to the Indian economy. However, they do not serve as certification, guarantees of an applicant’s business, financial standing, operational success, compliance with applicable laws, assurances, or endorsements of any obligations or liabilities on the part of the Organisers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organisers disclaim all warranties or representations—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information shared. The Organisers shall bear no liability (including liability for negligence) for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of such information or any decisions made by the Organisers”.
