About the Awards
Small businesses are the backbone of the Indian economy. Despite immense hardships faced over the last two years, they have constantly adapted to change and met challenges with courage. Through the ashes of the pandemic, we’ve seen several phoenix businesses rise! deAsra recognises the need to appreciate the efforts of such ventures and takes the opportunity to felicitate them at our annual flagship event - the Entrepreneur Excellence Awards.

Just 4 Entrepreneurs is often referred to as J4E, which is a socio-commercial enterprise started by Vishal Methi in 2015. The vision behind this journey has been to create an eco-system of entrepreneurs where everyone gets an opportunity to network, share their ideas and seek solutions for their challenges.

Dr Anand Godse
Consulting health psychologist, a doctorate in Suryanamaskar and mental health
Dr Anand Godse leads the entrepreneur program at deAsra. He has more than 12 years of experience in teaching, training, research, coaching and counselling. He has facilitated more than 1000 drum circles with more than 350 organizations and has conducted around 150 training programs.
Aniruddha Patil
Founder of Pune Eat Outs
Aniruddha Patil is the founder of Pune Eat Outs - a pioneer food community in India, since 2005. With a decade's-worth of global experience and a past in the corporate world, he is now building hyperlocal human business models that revolve around people and food in Pune. A jury member of national-level food awards, an avid traveller and a mentor to many, Aniruddha has been helping local businesses start and sustain themselves. In 2015, he launched the first F&B incentive program while in 2020 (in the midst of the pandemic), he introduced PuneOrders.in - a Zero Commission Food Ordering Model.

The Entrepreneur Excellence Awards is an effort to recognise, appreciate and felicitate 5 resilient entrepreneurs who have overcome challenges and still managed to grow their businesses.
Any entrepreneur over the age of 18 who fits the eligibility criteria and follows the terms and conditions of the program, may participate.
- Business Domain: Food and allied sectors
For example: Food production – packaged snacks, spice/pickle/jam making, confectionery products & services – catering, tiffin services, mess, snacks centres, small cafes, etc. - Business Location: Pune or Pimpri Chinchwad (PCMC)
- Growth in spite of adversity: For those who have overcome challenges, sustained and grown their businesses in the face of adversity.

Your application will be reviewed and analysed by our panel of experts. Interviews will be conducted to shortlist and eventually select our top 5 winners.
