Mr. Abhay Kardeguddi is the CEO and Chief Consultant-Trainer at NIVA Growth Consultants, Pune. NIVA works with a vision of “Helping Organisations GROW”. Mr. Abhay has 30+ years of rich experience in the field of Strategy, Sales, Marketing and CRM with an excellent track record. As a consultant, he has guided 250 plus organisations from diverse fields such as electromagnetic to polymers and plant nursery to software. He plays an advisory role cum faculty at reputed institutes like Symbiosis, PUMBA, Shivaji University, TISS – Mumbai and others. He has written 3 books on CRM – Customer relationship Management. He has conducted 400+ Training Workshops in India and abroad.

Sayalee Marathe, a software engineer turned entrepreneur, is the Co-Founder of the jewellery design brand, House of Aadyaa. She leads a team of 22 with sheer determination in the niche yet interesting market of silver jewellery. A trendsetter in creating typical Maharashtrian-style jewellery, her brand was recognized in Digital India Showcase for Startups in 2021.

The Entrepreneur Excellence Awards is an effort to recognize, appreciate and felicitate 5 resilient entrepreneurs who have overcome challenges and still managed to grow their businesses.
Any entrepreneur over the age of 18 who fits the eligibility criteria and follows the terms and conditions of the program, may participate.
- Business Domain: Food, fashion, fashion accessories, & Home Decor.
- Geography: The business should be located in Maharashtra
- Turnover eligibility:10 Lac or more annual sales in the last year (2021-22)
- Growth by Marketing: An Entrepreneur who used a maximum number of these channels effectively to grow the business-

Your application will be reviewed and analyzed by our panel of experts. Interviews will be conducted to shortlist and eventually select our top 5 winners.
