Please refer below to the specifications of the role:

A. Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for community outreach efforts by reaching out and connecting with entrepreneurs through virtual and non-virtual means.
2. On-ground facilitation and coordination with local entrepreneurs in the identified geographies.
3. Collecting, maintaining, reporting and presenting data pertaining to different company Projects.
4. Coordination with implementation partners and outreach teams for successful implementation of the company Projects.
5. Such other responsibilities as the company management may prescribe from time to time.

B. Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in any field, preferably in entrepreneurship development or other social sectors.
2. Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in related field, preferably in entrepreneurship development sector.
3. Key Skills:

• Customer service orientation: Ability to listen with active problem-solving skills, quick query response and resolution.
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent English and Marathi oral and written communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and coordination: Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical skills: Ability to work with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite and CRM applications.
• Ability to use social media channels.
• Accountability: Ability to understand business requirements and provide end to end support for achieving assigned objectives with ownership.

C. Work Location: Remote, preferably based in Pune, Maharashtra.

Please refer below to the specifications of the role:

A. Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of the livelihood and entrepreneurship sector and programs especially for Nano businesses.
2. Experience of working with local agencies and partnership building with likeminded organizations.
3. Identify key requirements of local businesses and facilitate programmes to mobilise new local businesses on deAsra portal.
4. Work with other programme managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives at deAsra on supporting Nano business communities.

B. Skills, Qualifications and other requirements:
1. Knowledge of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in India.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders – local business communities, partner organizations, industry experts.
3. Open to travel and regularly maintain the records / reports on the programmes development
4. 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the social and development sector.
5. Master’s in any field, preferably in Social Development Sector.
6. Proficiency in using MS-Office, working knowledge of Google Suit and willingness to learn and adapt to other Project Management tech tools.
